Process and dimensioning

As Selip S.p.A. is not a company of process or engineering, does not develop all the part relating to scrubber dimensioning and any guarantee is given in this sense.

Selip S.p.A. can develop tecnica and commercial offer first and then the executive project, starting from a preliminary drawing that must be provided by the customer.

Data requested in order to develop the offer are :

Preliminary drawing with dimensional quotes
Preliminary drawing with positions of all the internal parts; demister, intermediate bottom, spray nozzle, PAL rings support
Design pressure and working pressure
Design temperature and working temperature
Features of the fumes to be treated

Calculation

Calculation of scrubbers is realized according to European regulation EN 13121-3.

In alternative Selip can dimension these scrubbers according to all the international standards that incorporate fiberglass FRP particularly the most common are:

Geometries

Standard diameters are Ø 1000, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 4500 mm.

Upon request can be realized diameters lower than 1000 mm, as Ø 400, Ø 500, Ø 600, Ø 700, Ø 800 mm.
