Horizontal tank with saddles CT/CS

Horizontal tank with saddles, or FRP fiberglass cistern,  Selip type CT/CS re made in fiberglass FRP.


Calculation

Calculation  of tank  is realized according to European regulation EN 13121-3.
 
In alternative Selip can dimensions these tanks according to all the International standards that incorporate fiberglass FRP / GRP standard.

Geometries
FRP fiberglass horizontal tank with saddles , have both dished bottoms.

Standard capacities start from 1 up to 90 m³ and are available in the attached data sheets.

Standard diameters start  from 1000 up to 3000 mm.

Upon request can be realized diameters lower than 1000 mm, as Ø 400, Ø 500, Ø 600, Ø 700, Ø 800 mm.


- The height of saddles depends on the tank diameter:
- H = 100 mm from Ø 800 up to 1800 mm
- H = 150 mm from Ø 2000 up to 3000 mm


Support
FRP saddles support are integral with the cylinder.
For diameters up to 3000 mm saddles are made in fiberglass GRP / FRP.
For diameters 3500 and 4000 mm saddles can be made in metal or concrete and provision of saddles can be managed directly by Selip or by the client.
