Heating systems and maintaining temperature: heating cable

Heating coils
Are usually realized in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.
Depending on the type of power source; steam or hot water, Selip can dimension the type of coil most suitable to the needs of customer.

Electric heater
This solution feeds through electric power a resistance which in turn heats diathermic oil that leads to the required temperature the external stainless steel pipe which is in contact with chemical product.
It’s a good solution to be used when a boiler is not available.
Consumption in kW/h depends on the location of tank and on others parameters that Selip can dimension on customer request.

Heating cable
Always to pair with insulation, this technical solution represent the state of art in the maintaining temperature of critical products such as urea, soda and special surfactants.
Heating cable transmits kcal uniformly inside the tank optimizing also the energy consumption.
Selip can dimension this system in combination with the insulation of the tank, always on customer request.
